Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of the WinZu sanctuary, including all slots, roulette tables, live dealer games, bonuses and banking methods described elsewhere on this site. By registering an account or making a deposit, a player accepts these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

A player found operating multiple accounts forfeits any bonus funds and associated winnings across all linked accounts, and WinZu may withhold the original deposited principal pending investigation.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

4. Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, payment method and device.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit or the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
  • Maximum bet limits during active wagering apply as stated per offer; bets exceeding the limit may void the bonus.
  • WinZu reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer where account activity suggests abuse, including but not limited to coordinated play across linked accounts or betting patterns designed to minimize risk while banking bonus value.

5. Game Rules and Fairness

All slot, roulette and live dealer games offered by WinZu use software from licensed, independently audited providers. Random number generators powering slot and virtual table games are tested by accredited testing laboratories, and return-to-player figures are published per game where available. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are not subject to RNG testing in the same way, since outcomes are determined by a physical wheel, cards or dice.

In the event of a verified software malfunction, WinZu reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered stake, regardless of the shown outcome.

13. Suspension and Termination

WinZu reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, underage access, use of banned software such as bots or automated betting scripts, or breach of any part of these terms. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, WinZu may withhold bonus funds and related winnings; a player’s own verified deposited principal, absent fraud, remains payable subject to standard verification.

14. Intellectual Property

All branding, game graphics, sanctuary artwork and site content on WinZu belong to WinZu or its licensed content providers and may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.
